Takalani G. Musekwa is the Founder and Managing Director of Musekwa Reward Advisory, an independent remuneration advisory practice serving boards, remuneration committees, and reward executives at JSE-listed companies and state-owned enterprises in South Africa.

He is a Master Reward Specialist (SARA), an Archbishop Tutu Fellow through Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, and has more than 20 years of experience across executive remuneration, pay equity, incentive design, and remuneration governance. He served on the SARA committee for the guidelines on the implementation of King V and the Companies Amendment Act.
